✔️ Side Effects
COPD: Upper respiratory infections, pneumonia, bronchitis, oral thrush, headache, back pain, joint pain, flu, sinusitis, pharyngitis, taste changes, constipation, urinary infections, diarrhea, cough, voice changes

✔️ Indications
Maintenance treatment of COPD in adults
Maintenance treatment of asthma in adults (≥18 years)
✔️ Dosage & Administration
Route: Oral inhalation only, using the aculizer device
Frequency: 1 inhalation once daily, at the same time each day
After use: Rinse your mouth with water (do not swallow) to reduce risk of oral thrush
COPD: If shortness of breath occurs between doses, use a short-acting beta-2 agonist (e.g., albuterol)
Asthma: Maximum 1 inhalation of Trio® 200 Acucap once daily; use a rescue inhaler if symptoms appear between doses
Do not swallow the capsule

Hypersensitivity to Vilanterol, Umeclidinium, Fluticasone Furoate, or any other ingredient
Acute asthma or COPD episodes requiring intensive treatment
✔️ Drug Interactions
CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole): May increase steroid and cardiovascular effects
Monoamine oxidase inhibitors / tricyclic antidepressants: May enhance vascular effects of Vilanterol
Beta-blockers: May reduce bronchodilation and trigger bronchospasm
Diuretics: Can worsen hypokalemia or ECG changes
Other anticholinergics: Avoid additive effects

Pregnancy: Use only if potential benefits outweigh risks; beta-agonists may affect uterine contractility
Lactation: Effects on breastfed infants unknown; weigh the benefits of breastfeeding against the maternal need for treatment
